This website uses no cookies, no trackers and no third-party analytics services. For anonymous visitor statistics, I only evaluate the server log data on my own server (see below).

When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (e.g., IP address, time of access). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). This log data is stored on my server in Germany and automatically deleted after seven days.

From this log data, I compile anonymous visitor statistics (pages viewed, referring website, country and city, device type, browser and operating system). For this purpose, a short identifier is derived from the IP address and browser signature and encrypted with a random key that changes daily; the key is deleted at the end of each day, so that it is no longer possible to link the data to you afterwards. The IP address itself is not stored for the statistics. No cookies are set, no scripts are run for analytics purposes and no data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimizing audience measurement). The statistics data is deleted after 13 months at the latest.

The font (Bricolage Grotesque) is loaded from this server; no data is transmitted to third parties for this.

If you contact me by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is not passed on without your consent.

If you use the contact form, I process the information you enter (name, email address, optionally company and phone number, and your message) in order to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The information is stored on my server in Germany and forwarded by email to my mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland); a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out in this process. To protect against abuse, your IP address is held only briefly and in encrypted form in memory and is not stored. I delete stored inquiries after six months at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

For contact via WhatsApp, the website contains only a simple link; no WhatsApp content or scripts are loaded when the page is accessed. Only when you use the link does WhatsApp open, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). WhatsApp then processes your phone number, your messages and metadata; a transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, is possible. I use your message exclusively to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you do not want this, you can reach me by email at any time.

For booking an intro call, the website contains only a link to Google Calendar appointment booking; no Google content or scripts are loaded when this website is accessed. Only when you use the link does Google’s booking page open (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). There, Google processes the information you enter when booking (name, email address, selected time) as well as technical data such as your IP address; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. I use your information exclusively to hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The call takes place via Google Meet. If you do not want this, simply suggest a time by email.
